Knownsourcing™ is as much our philosophy as methodology. It’s what we feel makes 52 truly unique.

In our business, a lot of portfolios and resumes come through the door (and inbox). Most do a fine job of showcasing someone’s work experience, but no matter how nicely the type is kerned or the design is arranged, we’re left asking ourselves, “do we really know this person?” So, we go the extra step of inviting them in to sit down, review their work and have a conversation.

We believe that it’s worth taking the time to really get to know someone before we can recommend them for a job. Whether we’re looking to fill a full-time, freelance, or project assignment, we want to be able to assure our clients that the people we recommend are the right fit, not just for the work, but for the company’s culture. Sure, they might have the right experience and design style, but what about their personality? Do they have a big ego, or can they be a team player? Where do their passions lie? How’s their personal hygiene? All important stuff, right?
