The company I work for claims to be branding experts, yet we don’t practice what we preach. The turnover rate in the last year has been extremely high. We are a great example of why hiring for hot shot talent over fit will spoil an entire agency. The current culture is quite guarded and depressed. There is even a network of ex-employees that get together to celebrate when current employees leave the company. It will take a while before this company can expect to recruit the best. I can’t stress enough how important is to listen to the above advice!
